Day 365 — Level Three

We've reached the top and the end of this blog 25' RADIUS. What a fun ride it has been. Above the kitchen sits the bedroom. Stanley Saitowitz designed the apartments to fit into the industrial warehouse environment of Dogpatch. The roof of the building is rounded and clad in grey zinc which makes for a magical cave-like atmosphere in the top room. On the left you can look down into the dining room (Days 1631, 124, 155 and 245) and the right looks down into the office area.

  1. If you're considering painting your rental apartment white, there are a few things you should keep in mind. First, while white can brighten up a space and make it feel more open, it can also show dirt and stains more easily. You'll need to be extra diligent about keeping your apartment clean if you go with white paint.

Second, while painting your apartment yourself can save you money on the upfront costs, it's important to factor in the time and effort required to do the job right. If you're not confident in your ability to paint evenly or don't have the time to do it yourself, consider hiring a professional painting service.

Finally, keep in mind that while white paint can give your apartment a fresh look, it's not necessarily the best color for increasing its value.
